Fun Depot’s newest addition Cordial, is looking to fill all BOH positions! We are in need of Line Cooks, Prep, and Dishwashers. If you would like to be a part of something new and fun, this job is for you.  

Positive attitudes and friendly personalities only! You must be able and willing to learn, follow direction and work as a team. 

As a dishwasher at Cordial at Fun Depot and part of the back of house team, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all food service utensils, plates, silverware, glassware and cookware such as pots, pans, etc. You will also be responsible for returning and restocking all sanitized items.  

Dishwasher Requirements: 

• Previous dish experience is helpful but not required 
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time 
• Ability to reach, bend, and frequently lift 50lbs 
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers 
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays 

Responsibilities include: 

• Keep dishware and area organized, clean, sanitized, and running smoothly 
• Safely and efficiently operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies 
• Maintain proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing 
• Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc. 
• Assist with general cleanliness of the back of the house 
• Return/restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing 
• Communicate effectively and clearly with all team members and management 
• Mopping dining room floor daily 
• Completing daily cleaning projects
