We are looking for someone who loves fun, hospitality and is ready to learn and grow! This manager will support the food service manager and help supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room. You will need to have the ability to manage solo shifts-- leading staff and helping to ensure guests are being seated and served by the company standards. Knowledge of liquor is a plus along with inventory and ordering.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred
- POS Knowledge
- Serv-safe knowledge
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to adjust scheduling according to business needs
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional approach to coworkers and customers
- Flexible availability and ability to work a changing schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Run successful shifts -- ensuring low wait times, great hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste, and constantly improving and ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop and train current and new employees
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership with staff
- Provide effective coaching and counseling
- Monitor job performance, food and labor costs, budgets, and sales
- Implement a dynamic operation + work procedures to provide exceptional service
- Ability to receive and check in orders
