Peak Realty Management LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. As a full-time Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep, repairs, turnover, and vendor scheduling for a 67 unit community.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems

- Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs and projects

- Ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations

- Assist with turnover of units, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary range: $20 to $24 per hour
