Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine is an established functional and integrative medicine practice expanding into a new, larger clinical space. We are seeking a skilled therapeutic massage therapist who focuses on clinical, results-oriented bodywork and wants to work in a collaborative medical environment.
This position focuses on therapeutic, corrective bodywork within a medical and integrative care setting. It is not a relaxation or spa massage role.
Therapists in this role benefit from consistent internal referrals from a physician-led integrative practice, supporting a steady flow of patients seeking clinical outcomes.
Our team currently includes:
• Functional and integrative medicine physician
• Nurses
• Health coaches
• Patient and front desk coordinators
• Aesthetic specialist focused on acne, rosacea, and skin health
We are expanding our services to include clinical massage and acupuncture as part of our patient care model.
• Provide therapeutic and rehabilitative bodywork tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with the physician and care team on treatment planning
• Support patients with musculoskeletal tension, pain, and functional recovery
• Educate patients on body mechanics, posture, and self-care strategies
Experience in the following is highly valued:
• Myofascial release
• Craniosacral therapy
• Lymphatic drainage
• Neuromuscular therapy
• Structural or orthopedic massage
• Medical or rehabilitative bodywork
Candidates should be comfortable assessing soft tissue restrictions and applying targeted treatment strategies to support musculoskeletal function and recovery.
• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
• Interest in integrative and holistic medicine
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a medical team
Experience in one of the following settings is strongly preferred:
• Chiropractic clinic
• Physical therapy practice
• Sports medicine environment
• Athletic training
• Independent contractor position
