Part-Time | 15-30 Hours/Week | Devon, PA
Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our physician-led functional and integrative medicine practice in Devon, Pennsylvania.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to practice medicine differently. Our practice combines strong conventional medicine with functional and integrative medicine, hormone optimization, preventive medicine, healthy aging, regenerative medicine, sexual wellness, IV therapies, and medical aesthetics in a highly personalized, fee-for-service setting.
This is not a high-volume primary care position and not a traditional med spa role. Our clinicians have the time and resources to understand complex patients, educate them thoroughly, develop individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful long-term relationships.
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term clinical home and is interested in continuing to grow both medically and procedurally.
The clinician will initially focus on:
The clinician will work closely with the Medical Director while learning Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine's clinical philosophy, diagnostic approach, treatment protocols, specialty testing, and patient population.
You will not be expected to independently perform comprehensive functional medicine new-patient evaluations immediately upon joining the practice.
As your familiarity with our approach and patient population grows, the role can expand into independent functional medicine consultations, development of treatment plans, interpretation of advanced testing, and management of your own patient panel.
Responsibilities may include:
Our patients often come to us with chronic or complex health concerns that require a more comprehensive approach than traditional symptom-based care.
Areas of care include:
Prior experience with hormone replacement therapy is highly desirable. Additional mentorship and training are available for a strong clinician who wants to further develop expertise in this area.
We are particularly interested in a clinician with prior experience or a strong interest in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and procedural care.
Procedures within the practice include:
Experience with every modality is not required.
Prior aesthetic experience is strongly preferred, particularly with neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and laser treatments. However, we are willing to provide additional training to an exceptional clinician with strong medical judgment, procedural aptitude, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to develop aesthetic expertise.
Our aesthetic philosophy is medically grounded and conservative, emphasizing patient safety, skin health, healthy aging, regenerative approaches, and natural-looking results.
This position is intentionally designed to grow over time.
Initially, the clinician will work primarily with established patients and participate in areas in which they already have appropriate experience and training.
As the clinician demonstrates familiarity with our clinical approach, specialty testing, treatment philosophy, and patient population, responsibilities may expand to include:
The pace of this transition will depend on prior experience, demonstrated clinical judgment, comfort level, patient demand, and collaboration with the Medical Director.
Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
A clinician who combines strong conventional medical training with functional medicine, hormone therapy, and hands-on aesthetic or procedural experience would be an especially strong fit.
Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine is an established physician-led practice focused on identifying and addressing the underlying contributors to illness while helping patients optimize long-term health, function, and wellness.
Our approach combines conventional medical care with functional and integrative medicine, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and medical aesthetics.
Our multidisciplinary practice includes:
You will be joining an established practice. You will not be expected to build these services from scratch.
This position is particularly well suited to a clinician who enjoys spending meaningful time with patients and wants an alternative to high-volume, insurance-driven medicine.
Our fee-for-service model allows for thoughtful evaluation, patient education, individualized treatment planning, and continuity of care.
There is:
The position offers significant autonomy while maintaining physician collaboration, mentorship, and clinical support.
$60-$85 per hour, depending on experience and clinical skill set.
Starting compensation will reflect:
Candidates with established proficiency in functional medicine, HRT, neurotoxins, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and laser therapy may qualify for compensation toward the higher end of the range.
Additional productivity-based and procedure-based incentive compensation is available, allowing compensation to grow as the clinician's patient panel, productivity, and procedural contribution increase.
15-30 hours per week
The schedule will depend on experience, clinical skill set, patient demand, and mutual fit.
There is potential for the position to expand over time as the clinician develops an independent patient panel and contributes additional clinical and procedural services to the practice.
Benefits may vary based on scheduled hours and employment status and may include:
You may be an excellent fit if you:
This is a physician-led clinical position and is not an equity or partnership role.
We are looking for the right clinician to grow with our practice.
