Description

As a Speech Therapist at Full Potential Therapy, LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of pediatric clients. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to help clients reach their full potential and achieve their communication goals.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to identify clients' speech and language needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results

- Implement therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills

- Collaborate with parents and other care providers to ensure continuity of care

- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions


Requirements:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Preferred:

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
