Position Description

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants at Full Potential Therapy are responsible for planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans while maintaining the clinic’s core values—and having fun along the way. Our therapists create engaging, play‑based sessions that promote meaningful progress and positive experiences for every child.


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement therapeutic interventions in a play‑centered environment
  • Collaborate with service providers, caregivers, and clinic staff
  • Collaborate with supervisory Occupational Therapist to manage a caseload
  • Educate and support caregivers to promote carryover at home


As an occupational therapy assistant at our clinic you will plan and implement treatment sessions while having fun and maintaining the core values of the clinic. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with additional service providers, teachers and families.

Qualifications


  • Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Understanding of sensory processing and the impact on activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Interest in working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism and other disabilities
