Candidates must be extremely detail orientated, self-motivated and have excellent computer skills. These are remote positions that will provide services in different areas of the country. We do not offer health insurance or hire anyone whose permanent residence is in California or Washington.

 

JOB DUTIES SUMMARY: Full Circle Employment Solutions is an Employment Network under Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program. We work with individuals receiving Social Security benefits (SSI and/or SSDI). The primary job duties of this position are speaking with individuals and discussing the benefits they are receiving, their employment goals and the effects of employment income on all public and/or private benefits they receive. Other responsibilities include verifying benefits and maintaining release forms, assistance with finding employment, quarterly or monthly contact with individuals to check-in, maintaining proper information and documentation of case files in electronic files, case notes, and/or database, offer on-going support as individuals increase their earned income and reduce their dependency on benefits, guidance on how to properly report wages to Social Security and collecting paystubs. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a human service field and/or 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. You must demonstrate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office 365 programs. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and obtain a Social Security Suitability clearance. You must be able to complete and pass the VCU Initial CWIC training (https://vcu-ntdc.org/training/initial/initial.cfm). Must be able to effectively communicate in oral and written communication to beneficiaries, internal staff, external stakeholders, and providers. 

 

Starting salary for this position is $42,000.
