**Job Title:** Work From Home Call Center / Customer Support


**Job Type:** Full-time / Part-time


**Location:** Dallas, TX


**Salary Range:** $25 to $40 per hour


**Job Overview:**

FTI Consulting is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Work From Home Call Center / Customer Support representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone and email. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our team's success.


**Responsibilities:**

- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers

- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries and issues

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

- Utilize CRM platforms and other software systems to document customer interactions

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management


**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
