**Job Overview:**

FTI Consulting seeks a Live Chat Representative with excellent communication skills to provide customer service and support. This role will involve assisting customers through live chat to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems

- High school diploma or equivalent
