We are a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, never-frozen burgers, hand-dipped milkshakes, and delicious comfort food. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble food items, including our famous burgers, sandwiches, and hand-dipped milkshakes, following all standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Assist in stocking and monitoring inventory levels.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and timely service during all shifts.

Important Note on Availability

Wayback Burgers is a business that runs on making people happy, and that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

All new employees must be available for mandatory training. This paid training is essential to learn our standards, menu, and procedures to ensure a successful start.
