Around Fringe Sport, we call our strongest warehouse team members Thunderbeasts. They show up, learn the system, pay attention to details, and take pride in getting the job done correctly.

As a Warehouse Picker, your job is simple to explain and important to get right: locate the correct products and quantities for each customer order, then move them to the right staging area. Every accurate pick helps the shipping team move faster and helps our customers get exactly what they ordered.

You don’t need years of warehouse experience to apply. We’re open to recent high school graduates, first-time job seekers, and applicants looking for part-time or full-time work. What matters most is that you’re reliable, willing to learn, and serious about doing quality work.

Fringe Sport is on a mission to help people get stronger through the Garage Gym Revolution. Our warehouse handles barbells, squat racks, weight plates, and strength equipment shipped to customers across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Read pick lists and locate the correct products, SKUs, quantities, and warehouse locations.
• Pull customer orders accurately and move them to the correct staging or shipping area.
• Double-check your work before marking an order complete.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, misplaced, or incorrectly labeled products.
• Use warehouse tools and systems to complete assigned work.
• Keep aisles, storage locations, carts, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow established processes, training requirements, and safety standards.
• Support other warehouse tasks when business needs require it.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing 50+ lbs.

• You consistently select the correct product and quantity.
• You complete assigned picks accurately and on time.
• You catch and report problems instead of working around them.
• You stay accurate even when the warehouse is busy.
• You follow the process, learn from mistakes, and improve.
• You can be trusted to work independently after training.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and comfort doing repetitive, accuracy-based work.
• Ability to follow directions and warehouse SOPs/processes.
• Comfort doing active, physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help the team.

Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

Compensation and Schedule

• $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
