We’re hiring seasonal Warehouse Associates to support our team during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday shipping rush.

We’re hiring for both picking and shipping support. Depending on your experience, training, and the team’s needs, you may focus on picking customer orders, packing and preparing outbound shipments, or supporting both. Please let us know which type of work you’re interested in when you apply.

This role is for November–December, with part-time training in November and increased warehouse support around Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the days that follow. Hours depend on order volume and warehouse needs. This is seasonal, on-call work, and hours are not guaranteed. We’ll share shift needs with as much advance notice as possible.

Fringe Sport is on a mission to help people get stronger through the Garage Gym Revolution. Our warehouse handles barbells, squat racks, weight plates, and strength equipment shipped to customers across the country.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities will depend on your assigned role and training and may include:

• Read pick lists and locate the correct products, SKUs, quantities, and warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders accurately and move them to the correct staging or shipping area.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Check products, quantities, packaging, and shipping labels for accuracy before orders leave the warehouse.

• You arrive reliably for the shifts you accept.
• You work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy.
• You select the correct products and quantities.
• You catch and report problems instead of working around them.
• You follow instructions, respond well to feedback, and improve with practice.
• You move between picking, packing, and other warehouse work based on what the team needs, within your training.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable attendance and clear communication about your availability.
• Availability for November training and shifts during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period and early December.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and warehouse processes.
• Comfort doing active, physical work throughout the shift, including regularly lifting and moving 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to help wherever needed during busy periods.

Prior warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Schedule

• $16–$20 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
• Seasonal employment during November–December.
• Part-time training in November, with more support needed around Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the following days.
• On-call scheduling based on warehouse volume. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week.
• Exact training and shift dates will be shared as the holiday schedule is finalized.
