Position Overview:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing & documenting our marketing strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for fitness and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own & Maintain the Marketing Calendar
  • Keeping the calendar updated at least 1 month in advance. This includes all sales, emails, blogs, social posts, etc…
  • Make front-end updates to product pages, homepage banners, and category pages on the website to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
  • Take ownership of our ambassador program by recruiting, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Write 2 engaging blog posts per week that are optimized for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate quarterly giveaways to engage customers, drive social media engagement, and generate leads.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliates and content creators in the fitness industry to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
  • Execute direct mail campaigns through Post Pilot to target specific customer segments and drive conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the ecommerce or fitness industry.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, AHREFS, SurferSEO, Asana, Postscript, and Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
