Accounting Coordinator

$20–$25/hr | Events Industry | In Person | Las Vegas, NV

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support our fast-paced accounting team. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on A/P, expense coding, credit card reconciliations, and enforcing company expense policies.

You’ll also help issue per-diems for event staff and provide backup A/R support as needed. This is a great fit for someone who loves day-to-day operational accounting, stays organized under pressure, and can jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new vendors and process vendor bills
  • Ensure timely vendor payments, and prevent overpayments
  • Code and reconcile corporate credit card expenses
  • Enforce company expense and travel policies
  • Issue and track per-diems for events and travel
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and accounting support
  • Provide backup A/R support as needed
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or A/P experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Required: QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
  • Preferred: Ramp experience
  • Preferred: Job costing experience
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
  • Events, hospitality, entertainment, or production industry experience is a plus

$20 - $25 per hour
