Job Summary: The Tubing Park Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the tubing area, ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for guests. This role includes supervising staff, maintainingequipment and tubing lanes, and upholding resort safety and service standards.
Job Description:
NOTE: All Bousquet Mountain employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.
Customer Service Expectations: The Tube Town Supervisor has direct customer contact and is responsible for supervising front-line staff whose jobs involve constant customer interaction. It is therefore of utmost importance that the Tube Town Supervisor be courteous and professional in accordance with Bousquet’s commitment to providing superior customer service.
Qualifications:
Physical and Mental Demands:
Involves lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires ability to shovel snow and/or ice, raking, and clearing snow/ice from carpet surface. Requires periods of standing and walking on slippery and/or uneven snow or icy surfaces and driving a side-by-side all-terrain vehicle.
Work Environment:
Position involves working outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, and rain, on varied snow surfaces, and requires being on your feet for much of the scheduled shift. Some time is spent inside, but inside time still requires alertness and attention to the lift and passengers.
Employment Status
The holder of this position is a seasonal, part-time employee and will not be eligible for Company benefits other than those which are required by law. Other benefits, such as those outlined in the employee handbook will be provided. This position at Bousquet Mountain will be consistent with the concept of employment At Will in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which means there is no guarantee of employment, and both the employer and employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without reason and with or without notice.
