Full-Time and Part-Time seasonal positions available 

Job Description: Preparing the facilities for daily operations prior to the arrival of the general public as well as maintain a clean facility and support existing operations as needed during operating hours. 

Essential Functions:  

• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. 
• Responsible for daily setup of the base area of the mountain including:  
• Parking lots (employee parking, main lot, maintenance lot, ski patrol lot, pump house, Bousquet Sport/pond lot) 
• Walking Paths (all walking paths around the resort associated with the parking lots and building access) 
• Salting and sanding 
• Maintenance of bollards/ropes 
• Picking up any trash 
• Setting up necessary signage 
• Patio/Deck 
• Make sure all chairs are clean, organized, and hardware is in place 
• Make sure gas is on for firepits, and firepits are off to start the day 
• Clear all upper deck tables/chairs/space of snow 
• Cabanas 
• Clean/organize/remove garbage from all cabanas (upper, lower, tube town) 
• Stack/keep firewood organized 
• Build & have firepits ready for lighting (3:30 PM weekday, 9 AM on weekends) 
• Sand Tube Town walking areas as needed 
• Lifts/Mazes 
• Build lift mazes 
• Put out garbage at bottom of each chair 
• Help clear chairs of snow and ice on snow days 
• Help lift maintenance/Mountain Operations as needed 
• Perform other Duties as assigned  

Requires Skills and Abilities: 

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.                                                                                                           
• Ability to work independently 
• Possesses a strong work ethic 
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, wind) 
• Ability to use both power and hand tools 

Education and Experience: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred                                            
• On-the-job training offered 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking                                  
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces 
• Must be able to lift upwards of 50 pounds at a time  
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina. 

Work Environment: This position involves working outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, and rain, on varied snow surfaces. It further requires flexible availability as weather may necessitate snow removal or other conditions which require differing shift start times.
