Operations Manager – Lead, Grow, and Deliver Excellence
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Manage Crews:
- Ensure teams are dispatched on time with all necessary equipment, materials, and clear job expectations.
- Conduct in-field training, weekly meetings, and ongoing performance reviews to build high-performing teams.
Oversee Work Completion:
- Monitor daily work to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Perform random job-site inspections and provide feedback to crews for improvement.
Fleet and Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee weekly maintenance checks and coordinate repairs to keep trucks and equipment operational.
- Ensure all tools and vehicles are cleaned, organized, and ready for use daily.
Scheduling and Reporting:
- Manage job scheduling for mowing, landscaping, and snow services to optimize crew efficiency.

Track Daily Production Scores, job costing, and P4P (Pay for Performance) metrics to ensure profitability.
- Report operational updates, payroll accuracy, and client feedback to leadership.
Client Success:
- Resolve client complaints professionally and proactively to maintain satisfaction.
- Look for upsell opportunities to provide additional value to existing clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in landscaping, lawn care, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, manage, and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in managing metrics like daily production scores, job costing, and payroll reporting.
- A systems orientated individual who is always looking to improve
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to oversee outdoor operations and perform hands-on tasks as needed.
