Landscaper / Mow Tech

Fresh Cut Pros is hiring experienced Landscapers / Mow Techs to join our team.

We are looking for dependable people who know how to work, take pride in quality, and want to grow with a professional lawn and landscaping company.

What You’ll Do

  • Mow, trim, edge, and blow residential and commercial properties
  • Perform landscape maintenance including mulch, cleanups, and weed removal
  • Operate commercial zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules
  • Maintain quality and efficiency standards
  • Inspect and care for equipment daily

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of professional mowing and landscaping experience
  • Professional zero-turn mower experience required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependable transportation
  • Reliable attendance
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to lift 50+ lb / 23+ kg
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 4-day, 10-hour workweek
  • Occasional overtime and rain make-up days

Pay

$900–$1,500 per week, based on experience and performance.
