What You’ll Do:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Train, coach, and develop mowing crews to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Ensure crews are properly dispatched, equipped, and ready to perform their routes each day.
- Provide hands-on guidance by visiting each crew weekly for in-field training, performance checks, and feedback.
Operational Oversight:

Use CRM software to schedule, dispatch, and track work completion for all mowing crews.
- Verify jobs are completed on time and at the highest level of quality by performing spot checks on properties.
- Assist with mowing routes as needed to ensure daily production goals are achieved.
Team Performance and Accountability:

Drive team efficiency in production, ensuring routes are optimized and completed within targeted hours.
- Monitor revenue performance, equipment usage, and client satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability and improvement by addressing performance gaps and celebrating team successes.
Equipment and Maintenance:
- Oversee the daily and weekly maintenance of trucks, mowers, and other equipment.
- Ensure crews complete maintenance checks, submit repair requests, and follow SOPs for equipment care.
- Conduct weekly truck inspections to ensure cleanliness, readiness, and safety compliance.
Client Service and Growth:
- Uphold client satisfaction through quality work and timely communication.

Foster strong client relationships by being a Success Team Manager, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Act as a point of contact to resolve issues proactively and build trust with clients.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., additional lawn care services or enhancements) to add value for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or crew management.

Proven ability to train teams, manage daily operations, and ensure high-quality work.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on driving team performance.
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers and trimmers.
- Familiarity with CRM software for dispatching, tracking, and reporting work.
- Physical capability to perform mowing and outdoor tasks as needed (ability to lift 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
