About Fresh Environmental Services

Fresh Environmental Services is an Ohio-based environmental services company providing roll-off dumpster service, waste collection, recycling, bulk removal, property support, and environmental solutions for commercial, construction, municipal, and residential customers.

We are growing and looking for team members who value safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a roll-off truck.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Secure containers and ensure loads are transported safely.
• Complete route paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and service issues.
• Maintain clean equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Provide professional customer service at every job site.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Previous roll-off or waste industry experience preferred
• Ability to operate safely around construction sites
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic smartphone or tablet skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Climb in and out of truck multiple times daily
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Bend, stoop, push, pull, and climb as needed
