Job Description

What You'll Do

• Operate mobile power washing and trash cart cleaning equipment
• Clean residential trash and recycling carts
• Clean commercial dumpsters and dumpster enclosures
• Perform pressure washing services at apartment communities, HOAs, commercial properties, and municipal locations
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
• Follow company safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Complete service documentation using mobile devices
• Provide excellent customer service while onsite

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Experience

• Power washing
• Landscape maintenance
• Property maintenance
• Waste industry experience
• Janitorial or exterior cleaning services
• Route-based service experience
