About Freight Flex
Freight Flex is a fast-growing logistics company seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute core marketing initiatives from the ground up. This is not a recruiting or talent acquisition role. The focus is entirely on marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and company growth.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will own and execute Freight Flex’s marketing efforts across digital channels, brand development, content creation, and demand generation. This is a highly execution-focused role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable building and running marketing programs independently. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with executive leadership and sales to drive measurable marketing impact and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth.
- Own demand generation initiatives, including email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and database marketing (100,000+ contacts).
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across social media, website, and content channels.
- Manage organic and paid social media campaigns, with emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Oversee website content, updates, SEO efforts, and performance tracking.
- Create marketing content including posts, articles, case studies, and company announcements.
- Support executive visibility efforts including podcasts, press releases, and speaking opportunities.
- Assist with company events, trade shows, and corporate marketing initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics.
- Manage marketing tools, vendors, and external partners as needed.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and social media marketing (especially LinkedIn).
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or other B2B industries is a plus.
