Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in tracking and managing shipments, ensuring pick-up and delivery on time.
  • Learn account management skills to provide the best customer support possible.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to resolve logistics issues.
  • Analyze transportation costs and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support the coordination of inbound and outbound freight and logistics activities.
  • Learn and use the transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Import industry leads for our sales teams to utilize for prospective calling.
  • Assist in creating and updating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as shipping dates, delivery accuracy, and shipment counts
  • Communicate with customers and vendors to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to logistics such as documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • **Graduating from a bachelors/masters degree May 2027. **
  • Strong interest in logistics, transportation, sales and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Salary

$16 - $16 per hour
