What You’ll Do:

• Full responsibility for the credit and collection of an accounts receivable portfolio.
• Process credit applications and set credit limits.
• Review requests for increases in credit limits and approve or decline.
• Place customers on hold for slow pay or over limit events.
• Communicate effectively with agents, customers, and senior management on credit 
• matters.
• Monitor AR aging and past dues daily.
• Initiate collection efforts on past dues by engaging agents.
• Escalate collection efforts and work with collection agencies and attorneys as required.

What We Look For:

• 2+ years of experience working with granting trade credit and working in collections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Takes initiative and approaches work with persistence.
• Transportation industry experience is a plus.
