**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Free Parking. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing all back of house operations, food production, and staffing. You will play a crucial role in creating and executing our menu, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of culinary professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of food production, including menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food & labor costs and work to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the general manager to develop new menu items and specials
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Food safety certification
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
