Pay: $14 to $18 per hour

Job Overview:

At Free Parking, we are looking for dedicated and passionate BOH Team Members to join our team. As a Line Cook, Dishwasher, or Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality and delicious meals in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

- Prepare food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces

- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation

- Wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely manner

- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

- Communicate effectively with team members and kitchen staff

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well with others in a team setting

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
