We are seeking a creative and innovative licensed clinician to fill the role of Community Integration Specialist. In this position, the Specialist will provide individualized teaching, training, and support to Rehabilitation Counselors working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. This specialized program provides a safe and therapeutic environment, facilitating a client-centered focus on recovery and assist individuals with reaching their optimal level of community integration.


Responsibilities:

-Completing Rehabilitation Assessments

-Completing Rehabilitation Plans

-Obtaining authorization for services

-Collaborating with individuals treatment team

-Providing supervision to Rehabilitation Counselors

-Facilitating New Client Orientation

-Overseeing discharge process and re-engagement letters.

-Providing and completing clinical documentation within 24 hours

-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

-Participating in clinical staff meetings, case consultations & supervision

-Assisting with marketing efforts, outreach and networking events

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Master’s Degree & License as a LGPC, LGSW, LCSW, LCPC or CPRP(Certified Psychiatric Rehab Practitioner)/ CRC Certified Rehabilitation Counselor

Demonstrated leadership in providing clinical services, supervision, great oral and written communication skills, time management, organizational skills, conflict resolution, use of computer programs (e.g., MS Office, MS Publisher, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Our candidate must have at least two years of experience working with children with emotional disturbance and/or adults with persistent mental illness. Having knowledge of COMAR regulations for OMHC, SUD & PRP is a plus.

Salary

$52,000 - $65,000 per year
