Psychotherapy and Community Integration Specialist

We are seeking a creative and innovative professional to fill the role fo the Mental Health Clinician. In this position, the Licensed professional will provide psychotherapy, complete assessments, treatment planning and supervise counselors. The Mental Health Clinician will provide individual, group and family psychotherapy. As well as teach, train, supervise and support a team of Counselors working with adults with mental illness. This specialized program provides a safe and therapeutic environment, facilitating a client-centered focus on recovery and assist individuals with reaching their optimal level of community integration.


Responsibilities:

-Completing Assessments

-Psychotherapy

-Treatment Planning

-Obtaining authorization for services

-Collaborating with individuals treatment team

-Providing supervision to Rehabilitation Counselors

-Facilitating New Client Orientation

-Overseeing discharge process and re-engagement letters.

-Providing and completing clinical documentation within 24 hours

-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

-Participating in clinical staff meetings, case consultations & supervision

-Assisting with marketing efforts, outreach and networking events

-Other duties as assigned


RequirementsMaster’s Degree & License as a LGPC, LGSW, LCSW, LCPC


Demonstrated leadership in providing clinical services, supervision, great oral and written communication skills, time management, organizational skills, conflict resolution, use of computer programs (e.g., MS Office, MS Publisher, Excel, Outlook, etc.).


Our candidate must have at least two years of experience working with children with emotional disturbance and/or adults with persistent mental illness. Having knowledge of COMAR regulations for OMHC, SUD & PRP is a plus.

Salary

$57,440 - $67,440 per year
