As a cleaning contractor for Francine & Farah’s Executive Cleaning LLC, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various residential and commercial properties. Your role will involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that the spaces you work in are spotless and inviting. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be expected to follow specific cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned properties, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
- Dust and wipe down all accessible surfaces, including shelves, tables, counters, and home decor.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.
- Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Vacuum and mop floors, and sweep as necessary.
- Remove cobwebs and clean windows, sills, and frames.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear protective gear as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
