About Framework Construction LLC

Framework Construction is a field execution company built around one objective: deliver renovation and construction projects with speed, consistency, and cost discipline. We operate as the in-house construction arm of a vertically integrated real estate platform, supporting high-volume residential renovation across our portfolio. Our model is production-driven. Work is planned, scoped, and executed against defined labor expectations, with performance measured in output, quality, and schedule adherence. We prioritize repeatable systems over one-off craftsmanship, allowing us to scale projects without sacrificing control of cost or timeline. The company is structured around a tiered workforce model that creates clear expectations and advancement pathways. Every role—from entry-level technician to project management—is tied to measurable production standards. Compensation and progression are based on demonstrated performance, not tenure or negotiation. We invest in operators who want to build real trade competency across multiple disciplines. Team members are expected to take ownership of their work, operate with urgency, and continuously improve their efficiency and quality. In return, Framework provides a clear path to higher responsibility, higher pay, and long-term growth within the platform. Framework Construction is not a traditional contractor. We are a production organization—built to execute at scale, maintain margin discipline, and develop high-performing field teams.
