We’re a founder‑led, bootstrapped company that’s operated independently since 2018. Our team is small, remote, and highly collaborative - five full‑time employees supported by part‑time contractors. We work like a unit, not a collection of silos. We run on EOS, so we’re disciplined about process, make decisions based on data, and stay tightly aligned across the business. Most of our collaboration happens on Eastern Time, but we keep the culture flexible and protect work‑life balance as part of company culture .
Our marketing efforts have focused on B2B Product Led Growth using a self-service model for individual membership and an inbound sales approach for multi-member groups.
We have two core values that guide us every day: 1) Be Curious: Ask questions rigorously, continually learn and improve, be alert to what’s coming. 2) Foster Craftsmanship: Create something amazing, attend to details, solve problems with creativity and resourcefulness.
Job Goal and Overview:
Own the company’s marketing function end‑to‑end by driving a consistent increase in net new memberships through strategic leadership, data-informed experimentation, and continuous optimization.
The primary goal is to increase net new memberships, through product-led growth across our three main channels: individuals, groups, and partnerships.
This role begins as a true builder’s role. You’ll be the one driving marketing from the ground up. That includes shaping the strategy, executing the work, and pulling in contractor support as needed. Upon successful growth, we will be looking to reinvest into the marketing function by providing the resources you need to support continued growth, but in the early stages you’ll operate as a one‑person team.
