Seasonal Store Manager
Fox Rocks LLC (dba Go! Calendars Games Toys ) operated local seasonal stores in contract under Go! Retail Group (the largest operator of holiday pop-up stores in the world. )
Every year we surprise and delight our guests with products to meet their holiday gift giving needs. As a Seasonal Employee Manager you will be responsible for opening, staffing, and most importantly driving sales, while maintaining good visual standards and effective operational controls within your store. Our Seasonal Managers create an engaging and fun experience for our customers and a rewarding and fun environment for our associates. Successful managers are sales focused, KPI (key performance indicators) driven, high energy, and enjoy servicing our guests and managing a small Associate team.
Essential Functions:
In collaboration with team of sellers and supervisors, the shift lead coordinates the customer experience by maintaining store visuals, ensuring shelves are stocked and easy to shop. As well as personally helping customers through their shopping experience.

Retail or hospitality experience is a must .
Must be able to handle being on feet long hours and working with many customers in a fast pace sometimes stressful environment .
Keep stores replenished and visually appealing .
Train hire delegate to staff .
Ability to self learn and ask lots of questions to do so.
$14 - $16 per hour
