Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience behind the chair
- A valid NY hairstylist license
- Experienced in both cuts and color (we do not compartmentalize)
- A willingness to learn, grow, and accept coaching and feedback
- A commitment to helping upkeep an environment of positivity and acceptance
