POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Registered Nurse, your expertise is instrumental in supporting life-changing outcomes for individuals navigating the first steps in overcoming addiction and mental health adversities. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will work in close collaboration with both the medical and clinical teams, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and fostering the growth of a dynamic team.
POSITION DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time: 3x12hr week, Part-time: 2x12hr week, and PRN Available
Schedule: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
Salary: $38-$50 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Pinetop, AZ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the mission and vision of the organization, advocating for the patient in all we do.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build rapport and establish trust.
- Assist in the admission process by conducting eligibility screenings and coordinating care.
- Conduct and document clinical screenings, nursing assessments, and other evaluations.
- Provide routine care including administering medications as ordered by the provider.
- Identify treatment needs or opportunities and collaborate with the medical care team.
- Complete documentation in accordance with the company and regulatory standards.
- Respond to medical events, applying clinical judgement and intervention techniques.
- Assist the Director of Nursing with supervision of LPNs or CNAs
- Complete required reports including shift reports, medication logs, and inventory reports
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing
- Current, unencumbered RN License issued by the State of Arizona
- One (1) year of verifiable experience in acute care, chemical dependency, or mental health
- Ability to respond calmly during a medical event
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
SKILLS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other technology-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of state and federal laws, accreditation standards, ASAM guidelines
