LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are a critical part of the front line, supporting patients through one of the most vulnerable and transformative stages of their lives. Working under the direction of the Registered Nurse and alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team, you will help deliver safe, structured, and high-quality care in a subacute detox setting. This role is ideal for individuals who operate with urgency, attention to detail, and a deep sense of responsibility to both team and patient outcomes.
POSITION DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time: 3x12hr week, Part-time: 2x12hr week
Schedule: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
Salary: $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Pinetop, AZ
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold and promote the mission, vision, and clinical standards of Four Pillars Recovery
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining firm clinical boundaries
- Assist with admissions, vital signs, screenings, and patient orientation
- Administer medications (LPN) and support medication workflows (CNA) per provider orders
- Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to nursing and medical staff
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Respond appropriately to medical or behavioral health events
- Support a clean, safe, and structured treatment environment
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Complete shift reports, logs, and required documentation with precision
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current, unencumbered Arizona LPN license
- Minimum one (1) year experience in acute care, behavioral health, or substance use treatment preferred
- Ability to respond calmly during a medical event
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism
SKILLS:
- Proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
- Sound clinical judgment and ability to follow direction while thinking critically
- Working knowledge of patient safety standards and regulatory expectations
- Team-first mindset with a commitment to consistency and excellence
