We are looking for a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Support / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment and takes pride in staying organized, on time, and helpful to both coworkers and customers. You’ll be responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, loading and unloading materials (including hardwood flooring), and delivering products to job sites. Candidates must be able to lift over 50 lbs, operate a forklift, and drive a company delivery vehicle safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Support
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory (including wood flooring, adhesives, tools, etc.)
- Pull and prepare orders for customer pickups and deliveries
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and a forklift
Delivery Driver Duties
- Safely load materials into company delivery vehicle (box truck or cargo van)
- Deliver hardwood flooring and supplies to customer job sites and shops
- Maintain a clean driving record and follow DOT/commercial delivery guidelines
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers about delivery timing and order status
- Represent Four Branches professionally on every delivery
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but a plus)
- Forklift experience and certification preferred (training available)
- Good communication and basic reading/math skills
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a warehouse or construction-related environment preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
