Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sitecore Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sitecore development best practices and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Sitecore solutions, including website features, integrations, and custom components.

Responsibilities

• Sitecore development: Building and customizing Sitecore websites, including templates, layouts, components, and data structures to deliver tailored user experiences.  
• Front-end development: Writing clean and efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to design and implement user interfaces within the Sitecore framework.  
• Back-end development: Working with Sitecore APIs and .NET technologies to develop server-side logic, data management, and integrations with external systems. 
• Personalization: Implementing Sitecore personalization features to deliver dynamic content based on user profiles, behavior, and context. 
• Marketing automation: Integrating Sitecore with marketing automation tools to manage email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.  
• Content management: Collaborating with content editors to ensure efficient content creation, workflow management, and publishing processes within the Sitecore platform.  
• Performance optimization: Monitoring and optimizing website performance for speed and scalability.  
• Testing and quality assurance: Thoroughly test new features and functionalities to identify and resolve issues.  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sitecore development.
• Strong understanding of .NET Framework and C#.
• Experience with Sitecore XP or XM.
• Experience with Sitecore Helix architecture.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Sitecore JSS.
• Experience with headless CMS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
