+ Job Title and Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our FORMAT Studio Quality Team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean and organized environment for both staff and clients.

+ Essential Job Functions

Studio & Equipment Maintenance:

• Sanitize yoga mats, pilates reformers, and other studio equipment between classes to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean and organize studio and wellness rooms, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces.

Amenities & Locker Rooms:

• Fold and organize towels for use by clients.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and changing areas, including replenishing supplies such as soap, hand towels, and toilet paper.
• Ensure all amenities (such as water stations, coffee machine, towels, and mats) are properly cleaned, stocked, and arranged.

General Organization & Cleaning:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the studio, including common areas, entrances, corridors, outdoor patio spaces, and recovery lounge.
• Support the studio staff in setting up and breaking down spaces as needed.
• Help with tidying up of equipment and turning over rooms before and/or after each class.

Between-Class Cleaning:

• Clean and sanitize studio spaces in between classes, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down high-touch surfaces.
• Ensure that the studio is always ready for the next class, with a focus on cleanliness and organization.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
• Ability to lift and carry light to moderate cleaning equipment, towels, and supplies.
• Availability to work 2+ hours per week with a set schedule.
