We are hiring for a full time Lawn Care Technician

This positions duties include:

• Performing  lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc. on customer properties.
• Operating Company Vehicles and Machinery 
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Opportunity to work individually 

What qualifications you will need: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• *MUST* have valid drivers licenses 
• Must Pass drug test 
• Ability to pass state of Tennessee Category 3 certification exam in 60 days
• Previous lawn care experience preferred 
• Must be willing to abide by PPE guidelines 
• Ability to operate iPad for scheduling 
• Ability to be on time each day and be available for work Mon-Fri
• Must be confident in the ability to communicate with clients and office staff
• Ability to meet production goals
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Starting pay $18 per hour.  Most techs average $23-28 per hour per day. (*Pay is based on past experience and work ethic) We offer Percentage/commission base pay after training is complete.
