Role Description
The Junior Associate role is a remote contract position supporting clinical informatics and operations projects. In this role, the individual will assist with data collection and organization, prepare reports and documentation, and help maintain project tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting project teams with research and analysis, coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the creation and refinement of process workflows. The Junior Associate will also help with quality checks on project deliverables, document meeting notes, and collaborate with senior team members to ensure timelines and requirements are met.
Immediate Project Needs
- OnBase WorkView and Workflow certification preferred.
- Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView, Workflow, configuration, and administration.
- Experience developing, enhancing, and supporting existing OnBase applications.
- Understanding of the Unity Client and its use with OnBase solutions.
- Lead the development team in requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Architect and optimize scalable WorkView applications and Workflow processes.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and review design specifications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and guide debugging and testing activities.
- Provide technical direction, status updates, issue tracking, estimates, and risk management.
- Train staff on OnBase tools, techniques, and support practices.
General Qualifications
- Ability to support data-focused work, including organizing information, performing basic analysis, and preparing clear summaries for project teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create accurate documentation, meeting notes, and concise reports.
- Comfort working with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, shared document platforms, project management tools) in a remote environment.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in support of ongoing clinical operations projects.
- Interest in clinical informatics, healthcare operations, or related fields; prior exposure to healthcare, research, or regulated environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, seek clarification when needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational background in a relevant discipline such as health sciences, life sciences, data analysis, public health, or a related field is preferred.
