Foresight is seeking qualified candidates for our geotechnical graduate engineer position. The selected candidate will perform geotechnical engineering and consulting services for transportation and other infrastructure projects in Texas and will be introduced to advanced and complex transportation work in the area of geotechnical engineering. This work includes the functional areas of project development, design, construction, and maintenance.
The selected candidate will perform work on assignments independently, with supervisor guidance and support provided as needed. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable federal and state laws, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, as well as Foresight procedures and standards.
As a key member of our team, the selected candidate will be given an opportunity to wear multiple hats and to help grow the company’s geotechnical services group. His or her primary roles/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to performance of and/or assistance with:

The selected candidate will perform office job duties primarily from the Foresight Austin headquarters, located at 13805 Research Blvd, Suite 200 in Austin, Texas 78750. Field work will be performed at the relevant project site and/or materials storage site, which varies based on specific work assignments.
<50% to conduct field investigations, including assisting with geotechnical drilling and site forensic inspections at various locations throughout Texas.
$65,000 - $72,000 per year
