Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong communication skills to effectively negotiate and close deals. Responsibilities:


  • Managing the full sales cycle of new customers
  • Prospecting for new customers
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and oversee the renewal process
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns
  • Track and report on renewal metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer experience


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success role

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
