Description

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the construction CRM platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • User Research & Feedback: Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
  • Feature Development: Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Integration Management: Oversee integrations with third-party tools commonly used in the construction industry, such as estimating software and project management tools.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the product complies with industry standards and best practices for data security and privacy.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with SaaS products in the construction or related industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and integration platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
