**Job Overview:**
As a Customer Success/Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, provide technical support, and help troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their success with our CRM platform.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our CRM platform
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team
- Assist with customer retention efforts and identify opportunities for upselling
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
