Fog City Flea Trading Post, a 4k sq ft department store located in the historic Ferry Building, is seeking part time and full time sales associates.

We are looking for energetic and creative sales team members who will be working in a meaningful retail environment.

Meaningful retail?

It means that we are doing things a bit differently.

We represent over 200 small businesses across our brand, creating opportunities for artisans and makers to thrive outside of the traditional bounds of commerce.

As a team member you will be working  alongside these founders and artists, maintaining their spaces within our store and representing their brands to our clients.

From vintage to ceramics, streetwear and handcrafted jewelry, we pride ourselves in showcasing a wide range of goods, where there is truly something for anyone.

Our company is growing quickly. There is opportunity for training and promotion within operations, merchandising, content creation, events, travel and management.

Requirements;

-Excellent communication 

-Highly adaptable with an impeccable ability to multitask.

-Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience. -Show passion and knowledge for our makers, with an active working knowledge of the product. 

-Uphold brand standard and merchandise expectations; restocking/ replenishing regularly

-Desire and willingness to roll up your sleeves and jump in when the situation requires it.

-Positive, willing to learn and grow, and motivated to perform in fast-paced environments.

-Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect

-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is required.
