The ideal candidate will be comfortable being the point of contact for potential candidates as well as working with firms to help meet the company’s hiring needs. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future clients.
This position will be someone who is looking to be a team leader. They will be a person that can help develop and grow our Recruitment division to a place that law firms will be able to rely on for their placement needs for Attorneys & Paralegals. You will also be tasked with hiring for internal positions such as Accountants, Administrative Staff, IT, Marketing, etc.
