Focus Practice Management is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable being the point of contact for potential candidates as well as working with firms to help meet the company’s hiring needs. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future clients.

This position will be someone who is looking to be a team leader. They will be a person that can help develop and grow our Recruitment division to a place that law firms will be able to rely on for their placement needs for Attorneys & Paralegals. You will also be tasked with hiring for internal positions such as Accountants, Administrative Staff, IT, Marketing, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Focus & our clients to develop/alter job postings based off need
  • Maintain the company’s hiring platforms and work with Marketing to advertise hiring needs on social media
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews
  • Send letters of hire or declination based off interview notes
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Work with reputable law schools to find candidates for Summer Associate and Entry Level positions
  • Report updates during monthly meetings
  • Schedule interviews
  • Knowledge of international visa status a plus

Expected qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • 3+ years recruitment experience a must
  • Experience in the legal industry
  • Understanding of financial cycles
