About the Position:
Flywheel Demand Generation is seeking a skilled Growth Manager to join the digital marketing consultancy. This individual will be responsible for all reporting and the implementation and management of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools (like HubSpot) and paid media tracking pixels to ensure accurate data measurement and campaign performance tracking. Additionally, they will oversee and optimize select paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other relevant networks.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, paid media measurement, project management, and client services. They should have a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and experience collaborating with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels to ensure accurate data collection and measurement.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot conversion tracking implementations across multiple paid media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. Own and maintain reporting for all clients.
- Develop custom tracking solutions to improve attribution modeling and performance measurement.
- Troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate internally and with select clients to provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Manage and optimize select Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and other paid media accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in digital measurement and data analytics. Create and maintain a repository of tools, costs, and capabilities relevant to the client roster.
Candidate Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads. Specifically, regarding event measurement, but some ad experience a plus.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign measurement strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage 100% of owned projects to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in client-facing roles, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Looker Studio, SuperMetrics, Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce and other data visualization tools a plus.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Required Related Work Experience:
- 3-5 years website measurement implementation, data collection and analytics, and data interpretation.
