Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities:
Creative Traffic & Workflow:
- Keep a pulse on every active creative project, from brief through final delivery
- Help make sure the right creative people are on the right projects at the right time
- Track deadlines, priorities, reviews, feedback, and next steps so nothing gets lost along the way
- Know what the Creative team is working on, what is coming next, and where bandwidth issues may arise before they become problems
- Help prioritize incoming requests and flag unrealistic timing, missing information, or resource conflicts early
- Schedule creative reviews and make sure the team has what it needs to make them productive
- Keep project information, schedules, and trackers accurate and useful
- Experience with software programs including Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, Outlook, Slack, and ClickUp.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Brand team to understand what is coming, what is changing, and what Creative needs to stay ahead
- Build strong working relationships across the Creative team and the agency
- Ask thoughtful questions, connect dots, share updates, and follow up nicely and persistently - sometimes more than once
- Notice when someone needs help and jump in wherever needed to get great work out the door
Process Improvement & Team Support:
- Learn and use the agency's project management and traffic systems to keep work moving
- Look for smarter ways of working and help make them happen
- Adapt quickly as priorities, deadlines, and resource needs change
- Support a collaborative, generous, high-energy team environment

- Develop and grow knowledge of assigned client businesses and their competitive landscapes
- File and organize needed documents within agency software and systems
- Handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
- Communicate clearly and provide exemplary internal and external customer service
- Be willing to work during non-business hours, including weekends and additional hours beyond the 40-hour work week as needed
- Must pass a background check
