About the Role

In this position, you will work alongside our creative team to produce high-quality graphic designs while contributing to our overall design direction. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across different departments to ensure our visual content aligns with FlyQuest’s brand identity and storytelling goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce high-quality designs for use across digital platforms, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop visual concepts that effectively communicate FlyQuest’s brand identity and storytelling.
• Assist in the execution of design projects from start to finish, ensuring all visuals meet the creative and brand standards of FlyQuest.
• Work closely with different departments, such as Marketing and Partnerships, to understand visual requirements and deliver graphics that support departmental goals.
• Create visually engaging assets for campaigns, events, and social media that resonate with FlyQuest’s community and audience.
• Incorporate feedback from creative leads and department heads to refine and adjust designs as needed.
• Ensure all design projects are consistent with FlyQuest’s brand guidelines and help maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Gain insight into the esports industry by learning how different business units and departments operate within the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, or a related Art field. Internship is open to at least college sophomores and above, or recent graduates within one year of graduation date.
• Proficiency or familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Photoshop) or other relevant design tools.
• Strong organizational skills with a self-starter and creative problem-solving mindset.
• Strong drawing skills and a creative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
• Background in esports is a plus.
• Nice to have qualities, but not required: Motion Designer, 3D Artist

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills. Occasional lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 15 pounds and movement around the office space. Reasonable accommodations may be made to disabled persons upon request.
